Self-Exclusion/Closing Account
If at any time you feel the need to self-exclude for a predetermined period of time, you may establish limits on your account by logging in and updating your Account Settings. If you do self-exclude, any entry fees from paid contests entered prior to updating these settings and have not concluded would be returned to you. You would not be eligible to win prizes from these contests.
If at any time you would like to close your account, you can do so by updating your Account Settings and scrolling down to the section titled Self Exclusion.

You may be able to request excluding your family member from participating in contests. In order to make this request you will be asked to provide certain items to prove you able to make this request.
